The bear represents the earth element in TCM and corresponds to the spleen and stomach. The bear movement involves squatting down low with your arms extended forward like paws before standing up again slowly. This movement helps to improve digestion while also strengthening your lower body muscles.
The monkey represents the metal element in TCM and corresponds to the lungs and large intestine. The monkey movement involves jumping up high with both feet together while flapping your arms like wings before landing softly on one foot then switching sides repeatedly for several repetitions.This movement helps improve lung capacity by increasing oxygen intake into our bodies.
The crane represents water element in TCM which corresponded the with kidneys & the bladder.The crane's movements involve standing on one leg with opposite arm extended forward then switching sides after few seconds.This exercise improves balance & strengthens leg muscles along with promoting kidney function.
