It grabbed me, as it usually does, in the middle of the night. You know, that time in the deepest darkest hours when your bladder has got you up again and you lie there staring at the inside of your eyelids, waiting to drop off again. I would start a a TikTok channel.
I have been playing at Tai Chi and Qigong since last September. Sometimes improving and sometimes slipping back. I felt that I needed something to keep me motivated. I love doing it. I love the feeling after. But, you know, sometimes life just gets in the bloody way. You miss a day, then it becomes 2 and before you know it a few days have gone by. Well, that’s just not good enough, is it?
I have set myself a challenge and this is my public announcement of it
1000 consecutive days of TaiJi Chi Kung.
The rules are simple
- every day
- TaiJi or Qigong
- for 1000 days
- post something on TikTok to maintain the streak.
A short video on TikTok and a longer one on the YouTube channel once a week.
