Greetings

Seems rather nice. Quick update on what's been going on. Yesterday I had a meeting with the A-Fib nurse at the Blenau Health Center who's given me pretty much an all clear. So it looks as I can go ahead quite happily with um the residential that's starting in a few weeks time. That's up in Borwick Hall, Lancaster. It's the beginning of term. I am looking forward to it. I've been champing at the bit for the past few weeks. But I've also been extremely productive. I've invested in new technology and I've been testing apps and all sorts of things cuz today 10th of September is really the day - it's a year since I had my angioplasty. So it it's kind of a complete year of learning and trying new things.

And in that period of time I've enrolled at university. I've completed the foundation year. I've got pass/proceed which is absolutely fantastic. I've had some good marks which is brilliant. And I've also begun this project. I've got some more writing to do because I need to fill in that gap from last September through till April/May this year because an awful lot of things happened. But it's it's one of those things that I can only really do in retrospect cuz I was suffering a lot from from a problem with the statins as you can hear. I'm still stumbling over my words sometimes. Which would produce an awful lot of cognitive fog. But not only that, it made my muscles go like like iron bars and it was incredibly painful. Restricted my movement entirely and once again I've become deconditioned. So it's starting all over again.

Excuse me. Sometimes the medication makes me do strange and weird things. I've been having trouble with medication over the past couple of months trying to sort that out. So, this today is really like the official opening of this project. And myself and a friend of mine, Paul, who's known online as the Teapot Monk, got together a couple of months back in June and did some filming around Eryri. He was interviewing me for a series of films that he's doing uh about people that are using or involved with Qigong and Tai Chi and he chose me which was really nice. I was the second person. It's brilliant. The Fringe Surfer, if you're online and you want to catch up, was the first the first one. Paul goes by the name of the Teapot Monk online. You can find him here as well. He's got a channel on YouTube where he posts his videos. (@teapotmonk)

And today we're having a private viewing. 40 people have been invited this evening and we're going to show the movie which is about seven minutes long. It's it's in black and white. I love black and white movies. It's great and a good soundtrack, he says. You can listen to me wittering on, a couple of months ago when I was a bit more compos mantis. I declined a bit over the past couple of months, but it's coming back again. It's one of those things that keeps coming in waves as I explain elsewhere in my in my websites and blog and that. So, I'm really looking forward to it. It starts at 6:00. We're going to get together 10 minutes beforehand just to make sure everything's okay. And, um, yeah, it's going to be a good experience. I keep looking out the window because, well, I don't know. I'm one of those people. I find this process actually really quite difficult, staring even if I'm talking to a friend, I'll be my eyes will be drifting off all over left and right and everything. So, I'm trying to think of this this this device in front of me a as a friend and just talking naturally. I've been following a guy on YouTube called Chris Gore who's very good at it. He's used to be a cameraman and uh I've got one of his courses. So, I'm kind of,I'm terrible. I buy courses and then I just, you know, It takes me ages to get through them. But, I am getting there. I really am. So, that's really it for the time being. This is just kind of like a a newsy type update. I've nearly wasted a whole minute and so I'll finish there.
